Refunds for successful cancellations will normally be processed to the original payment card or account within 3–7 working days, although this may vary depending on your payment provider.

If, due to the perishable nature of flowers, you attempt to cancel after your order has been prepared or dispatched, we may not be able to offer a full refund. In cases where cancellation is not feasible, refunds or credits may be considered at our sole discretion and on a goodwill basis.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, items being unavailable, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, or if not deliverable to the address supplied. If your order is refused or cancelled, you will be notified and any payment made will be refunded promptly.

Returns and Complaints
